AWS Referral Program

 

1. Program Overview

The AWS Voucher Referral Program (the “Program”) is operated by Manara (“Manara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through Manara’s learning platform (the “Product”). The Program allows an eligible participant (“Referrer”) to refer new users (“Referred User”) to the Product for the opportunity to earn an AWS Exam Seat as a reward, subject to availability and completion of other needed requirements.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 Referral Program Eligibility

- To be eligible to be a Referrer, a user must:

  • - Be an existing registered user of Manara
  • - Have not previously requested a Voucher or Reward upon completing the AWS: Intro to Cloud Computing learning path
  • - Accept these Terms & Conditions
  • - Have completed at least one task in the “AWS 1: Intro to Cloud Computing” learning path
  • - Be a resident of one or more of the eligible Middle East & North Africa (MENA) countries. List of eligible countries

2.2 Referred User Eligibility

- To be counted as a Referred User, a person must:

  • - Have not previously registered on the Product prior to the referral in any way, using any contact information. A single person registering on the Product multiple times, with multiple emails does not count as more than a single Referred User.
  • - Be a resident of one or more of the eligible Middle East & North Africa (MENA) countries. List of eligible countries

3. How the Program Works

3.1 Referral Process
  • - Referrer receives a unique referral link through the Product.--
  • - Referrer shares this link with other people (”Referree”) who meet the eligibility criteria for Referred Users.
  • - Referrees use the referral link to register for the Product. Their eligibility is confirmed by Manara and those who meet the criteria are counted as Referred Users.
  • - Referrer earns 5 Points every time a Referred User successfully completes a course from the “AWS 1: Intro to Cloud Computing” learning path
  • - Referrer earns 20 Points when they
    • - Achieve 80% in at least two AWS Mock Exams
    • - Achieve 100% in the Rewards Exam

3.2 Reward Structure
  • Referrers may become eligible to receive one AWS Cloud Practitioner Exam Seat upon reaching 100 Points, if they complete the other needed requirements:
    • - Achieve a grade of at least 80% on at least 2 AWS Mock Exams
    • - Achieve a grade of 100% on the Rewards Exam
    • - Complete the above requirements within a maximum of 6 weeks from your Live Session start date
    • - Complete the Request Rewards survey

3.3 Exam Seat Availability and Delivery
  • - AWS Exam Seats are available in limited quantities. Referrers are only eligible to earn an Exam Seat through this Program while supplies last
  • - Exam Seats are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on the date and time when a Referrer completes all requirements for an Exam Seat
  • - Current Exam Seats availability is shown in the Product on the “AWS 1: Intro to Cloud Computing” learning path syllabus page
  • - Once Exam Seats supplies run out, Referrers can register themselves in a Waitlist. Exam Seats will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis to the users on the Waitlist once they become available again
  • - Referrers will be notified by email when they receive a reward.

4. Prohibited Activities and Penalties

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Participants may not:

  • - Create multiple accounts using different email addresses or use of any automated systems to generate referrals;
  • - Misrepresent their residence location to circumvent eligibility limitations;
  • - Refer themselves using multiple email addresses or identities;
  • - Misrepresent the Product or the terms of the Program;
  • - Attempt to circumvent any restrictions in place or exploit any “loopholes” in the Product in order to gain access to AWS vouchers outside of provided limitations and eligibility requirements;
  • - Engage in spamming or unsolicited mass communications; or
  • - Engage in any other kind fraudulent, deceptive or manipulative behavior.

4.2 Penalties for Prohibited Activities
  • - Any user who is found to have participated in one or more Prohibited Activities will be disqualified as a Referrer and/or Referred User. Such users may also be deemed to have violated the general Terms & Conditions for the Product and may be held liable for penalties of said violations, at our discretion.
  • - Any Referrer who is found to have intentionally circumvented Program eligibility requirements, or encouraged others to circumvent said requirements may also be deemed to have violated the general Terms & Conditions for the Product and may be held liable for penalties of such violations, at our discretion.

5. Disqualification and Termination

5.1 Right to Disqualify

Manara reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold rewards if:

  • - Any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated; or
  • - Fraudulent, suspicious or abusive activity is detected.

5.2 Program Modification or Termination
  • Manara reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program at any time.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

  • Information related to Referrers and Referred Customers will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • - AWS Exam Seats are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
  • - Manara is not responsible for AWS Exam Seat Booking technical issues, expiration or any other limitation on the use of said AWS Exam Seat Booking due to AWS’s Terms of Service.
  • - Manara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

8. Disputes and Final Decisions

  • All decisions regarding Program eligibility, referral validation, and reward distribution are at our sole discretion and are final.
